TRAINING SCHEDULE
Student’s should try to attend 2-3 days of training each week. Ultimately, the classes are structured in a manner that allows the subject matter to constantly change, so student’s are always exposed to different aspects of the Core system throughout each week. In this fashion, if a student cannot attend a certain day of the week, they are not at risk of missing out on information.

Colorado Free University / Swordsmanship - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Swordsmanship - 7:15 pm to 9:00 pm
TUESDAY
Children’s Program - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
WEDNESDAY
Acrobatics / Basic Weaponry / Unarmed Combat- 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
THURSDAY
Children’s Program - 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Ninja Mission Night - 7:15 pm to 9:00 pm
SATURDAY
Children’s Program –9:30 am to 10:30 am
Swordsmanship / Unarmed Combat - 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
